We worked with Michael Tadros from Gateway Capital Mortgage to get a loan for the purchase of our new home. Michael & his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end! He was quick to send out our pre approval letters as we went through the offer process and was very responsive when ever we had questions. Michael & his loan officer Nicole Bartlett kept everything moving quickly. When we indicated we wanted to pay our funds to the title company early they made sure to get all their numbers to the title company early so we could finalize our closing statement. They also coordinated the loan closing package with the title company so everything was seamless for our closing. Their prices were fair and what we were told up front. Michael kept us informed regarding interest rates & we never had to pay points. There were also no hidden fees. I recommend Michael & Nicole from Gateway Capital Mortgage and I would use them again! The best thing we did was connect with Michael Tadros before we started out home search process so we could get pre approved for our loan, He also referred us to a great realtor so our entire experience from picking our home to closing was wonderful!
